- To do this, lie down on the ground on your stomach and keep your hands near your chest.
- Keep the arms close to your body. Now take a deep breath and lift your head, neck, and shoulders.

- Stay in this position for 5 seconds and then come back to the first position.
2. Malasana

- To do this, first, you have to sit on a mat with your legs apart.

- Join both your palms. Now take 10 long breaths.
3. Ustrasana
This yoga asana also tones the body and helps in balancing the hormones.
- Keep your knees on the ground and keep your upper body straight.
- Try to bring your shoulders back a little and at the same time start moving your hips, chest, and thighs backward as well.
- Keep your eyes straight, keep your chin close to your chest.
- You can go as far back as you feel comfortable in this pose.
- Stay in this position for some time till you take long breaths.
4. Sansangasana
By doing this yoga asana, the flexibility of the spine increases relieves stress around the neck and head, the hormones are balanced, and activates the thyroid gland.
- Sitting on your ankles, come in the Vajrasana position.
- Open your arms backward and try to take them back towards your feet.
- Now stick your chin to your chest.
- In this position, your head will be downwards, your chin is touching the chest, and your head is as if trying to touch the knees.
- Raise your hips slightly so that your head touches the ground.
- Take long breaths in this state.
5. Setubandhasana
This yoga asana is beneficial in the stimulation of the stomach, lungs, and intestines. It removes problems related to menopause or problems related to menstruation as well as maintains hormonal balance.
- To do this, you have to lie down on the ground on your back and bend your knees.
- Keep your hands on the side.
- Now raise the part of your waist and during this, your hands should remain on the ground below your waist.
